Alyssa Lamberth, MSN, FNP-C, Owner and Co-Founder

 

Alyssa is the founder and owner of LUXE Aesthetics Studio. Alyssa completed her undergraduate degree in Business Management from Georgia Tech.  She then attended Mercer University for her BSN and the University of Texas in Houston to complete her Advance Practice degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  Alyssa has over 15 years of experience caring for patients in both critical care and aesthetic environments. After years in the hospital setting, Alyssa followed her passion for aesthetics to help people confidently live their fullest lives.  She understands the impact self-care can have on one’s overall health and modern wellness. Her experience in a fast-paced top aesthetic practice in Texas enabled her to hone her skills and technique.

 

In addition to formal education and work experience, Alyssa is an avid learner of the field of medical aesthetics and continually seeks opportunities for industry training, cadaver courses, conferences, etc. to further develop her dedication to artistry with natural-looking results, full face harmonization, and patient safety.  Her goal is to help every patient through a personalized treatment plan and provide an exceptional experience in her hometown setting. When she isn’t caring for patients, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her husband, two adorable girls, and her rescue fur baby, LeeLoo Dallas.

 

 

 

 

 

Jessica Sacasa, LE, ALP, PhT

Aesthetician

 

Jessica brings over ten years of experience as a licensed aesthetician to the LUXE team.  She is delighted to help every patient reach their skincare goals and maintain a healthy appearance! Jessica believes in making a personal connection and establishing a partnership with every patient.  Jessica obtained her esthetician license from Lanier Technical College and went on to complete her Assistant Laser Practitioner License and is a licensed pharmacy technician. She is experienced in all aspects of skincare and laser treatments. HydraFacials and Microneedling are among Jessica’s favorite treatments to perform as these treatments create exceptional patient satisfaction and lasting results. Jessica is certified and recognized as a top provider of HydraFacial in the state of Georgia. She is most passionate about helping her patients feel their best and ensuring their self-confidence. In her free time, Jessica loves to spend time with her family, trying new foods, and traveling.

 

 

 

 

 

 

April Abbott, LE, ALP, MA

Aesthetician

 

April graduated from the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics in 2018. Since then, she has furthered her education to obtain her Assistant Laser Practitioner license as well as her Medical Assistant certification. April has had the pleasure of engaging with patients in the aesthetics industry with a background in the dermatology office and medical spa in addition to working as a teaching assistant for the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics. Dermaplaning and chemical peels are among her favorite treatments as they provide amazing results yet are highly customizable.  April enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them achieve their specific skincare goals. She looks forward to welcoming you to LUXE!  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, traveling, and going to concerts.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Heather Thompson

Community Engagement & Client Experience Coordinator

 

Heather brings her creativity and boundless energy to the LUXE team to help create an amazing experience for everyone!  Heather’s goal is to make everyone feel important, seen, and loved.  As a former small business owner, she understands the importance of making connections and supporting the community.  She has served as a dedicated volunteer for over a decade in local organizations following her corporate career in customer service. As a mom to two extraordinary young women, she believes in motivating and empowering others to individual fulfillment. Angela Boyd, Co-Founder, Partner

 

Angela is excited to bring the LUXE Aesthetics Studio to Buford after over 25 years of experience as a corporate executive and consultant in the dermatology industry with leading companies including L’Oreal, Dermira, and GSK. Her joy is engaging with individuals, making connections, and creating educational opportunities through new experiences.  Angela is dedicated to supporting the LUXE team and elevating the patient experience. She is delighted to engage with the dynamic community of Buford individuals and businesses to build lasting relationships.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Walaya Methodius-Rayford, MD, RPVI, CWSP

Medical Director

 

Dr. Methodius received her bachelor's degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. She then obtained her Master of Science in Medical Science from Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, IN, before completing her medical degree at the same institution.

 

She served as a surgical resident then chief resident at Atlanta Medical Center, Atlanta, GA where she also completed her vascular surgery fellowship training. After joining Georgia Vascular Specialists, PC in 2011, Dr. Methodius-Rayford became a certified physician in Vascular Ultrasound. In 2014 she became a certified diplomat to the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. In addition to training in hyperbaric medicine, Dr. Methodius is also a certified wound specialist physician (CWSP), a member of an elite group of healthcare professionals involved in wound management.

 

Dr. Methodius is the founder of Women in Surgery, a society committed to fostering support and assuagement amongst peers in medicine. Dr. Methodius holds membership in a range of professional organizations, including the Society of Vascular Surgery, the Atlanta Medical Association, the Peripheral Vascular Society, and American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Vascular & Endovascular Surgery Society, and the American Venous Forum. Dr. Methodius has been featured in numerous magazines including, O Magazine, Good Housekeeping, Entrepreneur, and Women's Health. For three years she has served on the diversity committee for the Society of Vascular Surgery.
